All purchases made through Thessa Life Design Inc., including Thessa Shift and any related programs, services, or merchandise, are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
All prices are clearly stated at the time of purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Access and Responsibility
Upon purchase, you are granted access to program materials and services, or shipment of merchandise, as applicable. This constitutes delivery of the product.
Access to programs and services may begin immediately upon purchase.
It is your responsibility to review all program, service, and merchandise details before purchasing. If you have any questions about a program, we encourage you to contact us prior to completing your purchase.
Purchases are non-transferable and may not be assigned to another individual.
Merchandise
All merchandise purchases are final and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement where appropriate.
We are not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit once they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier. Any shipping timelines provided are estimates only.
You may be required to provide proof of damage, defect, or incorrect item, including photographs, in order for a replacement to be considered.
Replacement, where offered, is the sole remedy available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Proof of delivery provided by the shipping carrier will be considered fulfillment of the order.
Order processing times may vary and will be communicated where applicable.
Payments and Chargebacks
By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.
If you have any concerns, you agree to contact us directly to resolve the issue.
If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.
Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of access.
You remain responsible for all payments regardless of usage, access, or participation.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
